Ever since I was a child I've been fascinated with the life of a sentence. How the words connect to tell a story and or express a deeper meaning. I started writing short stories about lands I would want to travel, such as magical valleys, waterfall canyons or just a place where I can ride unicorns all day. The more I delve into writing, the more attached I became to poetry and poets. Their writing represented a faster escape for me to express my feelings or dreams. I wrote and I wrote and I wrote... and by college I'd stopped! No idea why. I couldnt formulate a sentence that made me happy... Here I am years later and the passion has resurfaced due to a recent Movie Review that was posted on FilmGamesEtc.com of The Nut Job. And now... I write... and Write and Write. Let's see where it takes me. I can't promise to be brilliant, or cheecky... all I promise is to be me and to see where that leads. If you decide to take this journey with me, I am forever grateful. This blog is called Freestyle writing because everyday I will post something, whether its a poem, short story, riddle, quote, mantra.... whatever comes to surface at that time. Introduction
